Bob has 30 years of economic development experience. He has an extensive background in domestic and international corporate attraction, business growth and retention, and regional marketing. He has spearheaded major growth initiatives in the region such as the Kansas City Area Life Sciences Institute and KC SmartPort. Bob has a Master of Science degree from Purdue University. He joined KCADC in 1991.

Assistant to the President, Office Manager

Dianne provides administrative support for Bob and KCADC's Board of Directors. She also is in charge of KCADC's office management operations. Dianne joined KCADC in 1998.

Manager, Finance and Administration

Provides support to the Director of Finance. Responsible for all pledge billing; maintains investor files for KCADC and Kansas City Smartport. Additionally, Patty is responsible for accounts payables and receivables for both entitites. Patty joined KCADC in 1993.

Sandi is responsible for managing all financial, human resources and benefits, and risk management for KCADC and Kansas City SmartPort. Sandi has over 20 years of administration and accounting experience. Sandi has a degree from Alaska Pacific University in English, specializing in technical writing. Sandi joined KCADC in 1995.

Tim leads KCADC's business attraction efforts. He has 20 years of experience in economic development, as well as private sector experience in real estate and business management. Tim has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oklahoma. He joined KCADC in 1998.

Jill has 18 years of experience in business attraction and recruitment assisting companies and consultants with their site location decisions. Additionally, Jill leads several of KCADC's outreach and hosting events, briefings and site visits. Jill attended Indiana State University and received a Bachelors degree from MidAmerica Nazarene University. She joined KCADC in 1998.

Lynn is the "go-to" person on life sciences and technology. Lynn has 12 years of experience in economic development and leads KCADC's KC Animal Health Corridor effort. Lynn has a Bachelor of Science from Missouri State University. She joined KCADC in 2005.

Chris is the President of KC SmartPort, Inc., a KCADC affiliate organization focused on facilitating growth of the transportation and logistics industry. Chris has been active in economic development and logistics for over 20 years. Chris has an MBA from Lincoln University. He joined KC SmartPort in 2003.

Sheri leads KCADC's research and information efforts providing various data and comparative analysis in support of KCADC's business recruitment efforts. Sheri has expert knowledge of appropriate resources and tools for gathering accurate data. Sheri has master's degrees from the University of Kansas and Baker University. She joined KCADC in 2004.

Cindy provides research, analysis and information on the Greater Kansas City area in support of KCADC's business attraction efforts. She is responsible for maintaining KCADC's databases and providing accurate and up-to-date information on the area's 50-plus communities. Cindy joined KCADC in 1996.

Martin leads all marketing, advertising, public relations and multi-media activities for KCADC. Martin has 30 years of experience in city branding and economic development. He has led high profile campaigns for the KC region including America's SmartCities and ThinkKC/OneKC, in addition to the recently launched KC 2.0. Martin has a Master of Science degree from Illinois State University and Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois. He joined KCADC in 1994.

Jon leads all of KCADC's creative execution including graphics, video, multimedia, presentation materials, signage and tradeshow displays. Jon developed much of the brand strategy and graphic look of the ThinkKC and OneKC campaigns, its resulting co-brands, and continues to lead ongoing brand integration. Jonathan has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Kansas City Art Institute. He joined KCADC in 2004.

Ashlie oversees all KCADC's communications, including online, print and spoken marketing and public relations messages. She has more than 10 years experience in economic development and 15 years working in public relations. Ashlie is an accredited public relations practitioner by the Public Relations Society of America and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loras College. She joined KCADC in 1999.

She coordinates programs, events and communication to engage and involve investors in KCADC's business recruitment and marketing initiatives.
